Romanian customers now have access not only to advanced fleet management technology, but also sales and service support at their fingertips and in the Romanian language.

“Developed by Konica Minolta, the Fleetman application is used by various European courier or special transportation companies, as well as by manufacturing or service companies for the management of their own fleets. Most small and medium-sized companies in Romania have a person who, in addition to his or her basic responsibilities, is also in charge of fleet management; this person usually keeps track of vehicles, ITP expiration dates, revisions, RCA, CASCO, and vehicle registration in Excel spreadsheets, which at a certain point become extremely difficult to manage. This is where Fleetman can be of real help, obviously optimizing the time needed for these activities and the overall fleet management costs. The application allows access to all information about vehicles, tires or other accessories, various periodic activities related to car maintenance, their history and due dates, service partners or insured events, with the possibility to view the most important data in a single page and notify critical events in popular applications such as Microsoft Teams or Outlook.

Fleetman also offers advanced reporting functions, including predictive calculation for the next service, estimation of overhaul date or lease end date based on kilometers driven, as well as the financial balance of each vehicle. The information is presented as lists or graphs, integrated with Excel or Power BI.

The solution facilitates team collaboration, planning and task distribution among colleagues through native integration with the most widely used Microsoft applications.
