Martin Pondělíček is the Executive Director and Chairman of the Board at Konica Minolta IT Solutions Czech. He has been a member of management since 2006, when he become the Director of Implementation and Support. He studied at the University of Economics in Prague. Prior to joining Konica Minolta IT Solutions Czech in 2000, he held the position of Executive Director at ARBES Technologies.

Tomáš Petr joined the company in 2006 and has held the position of CFO since then. He has been working in the field of finance since 1993. He graduated from the Brno University of Technology. He then worked as a financial manager in companies focused on production, especially engineering, the provision of services in the field of transport and, last but not least, in commercial companies.

Pavel Vaněk has been a member of the top management of Konica Minolta IT Solutions Czech since 2009 and has been the Director of Sales since 2012. Pavel Vaněk studied at the University of Mining in Ostrava, Faculty of Economics. He was previously a member of the Board of Directors responsible for sales and marketing at WEBCOM AXPERIENCE.

Dušan Taraba
Dušan Taraba he has been a member of the top management of Konica Minolta IT Solutions Czech in the position of Director of Implementation and Support since 2008. He graduated from the Czech Technical University in Prague. In December 2004, he co-founded AXPERIENCE, where he also worked as the implementation director. Subsequently, he held the position of Support Director at WEBCOM AXPERIENCE.

Olga Konečná
Olga Konečná joined Konica Minolta IT Solutions Czech in 2007 and has held the position of HR Director since then. She graduated from the Faculty of Philosophy at Charles University in Prague and gained deep experience during her subsequent career. Olga worked at EUROTEL PRAHA from 1994, where she proved her qualities in selecting candidates, managing their growth and education.
